USM Digital do not offer refunds. However, as part of our commitment to collaboration and authenticity, we will always consider solutions to satisfy our clients.

1. General Policy

At USM Digital, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality digital data services, email broadcasting, and marketing solutions. Due to the nature of our services, particularly the provision of data and digital marketing campaigns, we operate a no-refund policy.

However, we are committed to working with our clients to resolve any issues and find mutually satisfactory solutions.

2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Our services involve:

  • Data Services: Once data is provided, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
  • Email Campaigns: Once sent, email campaigns cannot be recalled
  • Custom Work: Bespoke campaigns and data processing involve significant resources that cannot be undone
  • Third-Party Costs: Many of our services involve costs to third parties that cannot be recovered

While we don't offer refunds, we are dedicated to:

Working closely with you to understand and address any concerns

Solutions

Finding alternative solutions if our services don't meet expectations

Re-work

Offering to re-work or adjust campaigns where possible

Credits

Considering service credits for future use in appropriate circumstances

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us immediately. We will:

  1. Acknowledge your concern within 2 working days
  2. Investigate the issue thoroughly
  3. Propose a resolution within 10 working days
  4. Work with you to implement an agreed solution

5. Exceptions

We may consider refunds or partial refunds in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Technical failures on our part that prevented service delivery
  • Significant discrepancies between the agreed specification and delivered service
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

6. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service before it has commenced, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to minimise any charges, though deposits may be non-refundable depending on work already undertaken.
